St. Mark's and the VCU Women's Basketball Team!

Well the regular season for the VCU Lady RAMS came to and end yesterday and they are 4th in the CAA conference and now moving on to the tournament.  The RAMS won all 5 games that St. Mark's members and friends attended!

Just some random thoughts to share:

1. How many people attended each game?

   January 9 - 25 people attended

   January 16 - 7 people attended (game started at noon)

   January 30 - 18 people attended

   February 13 - 24 people attended

   February 27 - 37 people attend

   TOTAL - 111

2. Ages ranged from as young as Gardner, Elizabeth and Yumi to as mature as Jo Tyler and Carol Shahda.

3. Many people attended several games.

4. Some people went to lunch together before the game and some went for ice cream to celebrate the victory and to continue the socializing after the game.

5. We converted some non-basketball fans into cheerleaders and refs!

6. People invited friends to join us and you never know ---- they could join us one day for Church.
